Lump-sum Withdrawal Payment Application Service
(for Employees’ Pension Insurance / National Pension Insurance contributions)
提携社会保険労務士が、外国人依頼主に対し、脱退一時金の代行申請を行います。
日本で 最低1年勤務以上正社員として勤務し、日本で社会保険(厚生年金保険/国民年金保険)を支払っていた外国人の方で母国に帰国後 2年以内の方を対象として代理申請を行います。
An affiliated licensed social insurance consultant (Shakai Hoken Roumushi) will submit the Lump-sum Withdrawal Payment application on behalf of foreign clients.
一例:年収 300 万円で日本に 3 年勤務した場合、脱退一時金の金額は約 80 万円。
申請して約4~5ヶ月に源泉徴収約20%控除後、約80%が本人の母国の銀行口座に振り込まれる。


必要な書類は、
- 在留カードのコピー
- パスポートのコピー(最後の入出国がわかるスタンプページ)
- 年金手帳(或いは基礎年金番号通知書)
- 母国の銀行口座のコピー(写真可能)
加えて、必要な情報は、
- 氏名(全てアルファベット大文字)
- 現在の母国の住所(全てアルファベット大文字)
- 現在の母国の電話番号
参考:脱退一時金の計算上限は5年(60ヶ月)です。
つまり、日本に7年勤務した場合でも、脱退一時金の計算に用いる年数は 最高5 年となります。
(なお、日本国内で通算 10 年以上年金保険料を支払った場合は、年金受給資格を得るため、脱退一時金の請求権利は喪失します。)

This proxy application service is available to foreign nationals who:
- Have worked in Japan for at least one year as a full-time employee,
- Have paid into Japan’s social insurance system (Employees’ Pension Insurance / National Pension Insurance), and
- Have returned to their home country within the past two years.
Required Documents:
- A copy of your Residence Card
- A copy of your passport (page showing the most recent entry and exit stamps)
- Pension Handbook (Nenkin Techō) or Basic Pension Number Notification
- A copy or photo of your bank account information in your home country
Additional Required Information:
- Full name (in all capital Roman letters)
- Current address in your home country (in all capital Roman letters)
- Current phone number in your home country
Example:
If you worked in Japan for 3 years with an annual income of 3 million yen, the lump-sum withdrawal payment would be approximately 800,000 yen.
After applying, it takes about 4 to 5 months to receive the payment. Approximately 20% will be withheld as tax at source, and around 80% of the amount will be transferred to your bank account in your home country.
Reference:
The maximum period considered for the lump-sum withdrawal payment calculation is 5 years (60 months).
This means that even if you work in Japan for 7 years, only up to 5 years will be counted when calculating the payment.
Note: If you have contributed to the Japanese pension system for a total of 10 years or more, you become eligible to receive a Japanese pension. In that case, you are no longer entitled to claim the lump-sum withdrawal payment.
